Our Holiday Lookbook

By Cassandra Wong

The holidays have, no doubt, looked a little different this year - and thus, so did our outfits. With plans interrupted due to travel and gathering size restrictions, this year’s festivities might have changed quite a bit for many. While some chose to embrace this more understated holiday season, donning subtly festive comfort wear, others still opted for fanciful formality, even if it was just for a party of one or for their Zoom gathering. In honor of one of the most peculiar years, below are the Clover Team’s holiday outfits. While our outfits do reflect geographic differences, with some of us in L.A. or Singapore, London or Vermont, the immense sartorial diversity nonetheless goes to show just how unique this year, and the fashion choices it prompted, truly was.

“I wore a vintage jacket and silk nightgown with white sneakers. My family jokes that this jacket matches our couch almost exactly but I say that’s fitting for the stay at home, relaxed nature of this holiday season, becoming one with the couch” Annaliese

“I’ve been really into the ‘sage green’ trend lately. I think it adds a natural lightness to an outfit and environment. Also happens to work well with Christmas colors…”

“This year, instead of gathering for holiday parties, my family has spent the bulk of the season on the slopes … hence my cheery outfit”
